Our Story
Renovate started with a simple frustration: trying to find someone to fix a boiler on a Sunday and getting nowhere. Every directory showed the same recycled names. Every call went to voicemail. By the time someone called back, the moment had passed.
That experience is not unusual, and is sadly the norm. On the other side of the phone, there are tradespeople who would have taken that job in a heartbeat, if only they had known about it.
We built Renovate to make that connection instant. No middlemen, no directories, and no waiting. Just live availability, real jobs, and a platform that works for everyone on it.
We are based in London and building Renovate to initially launch in London, then expand across the UK, making sure the solution to this problem is solved as far across the nation as possible.

Co-founder & CEO
The man with the vision. Devrim is co-founder and CEO of Renovate. Inefficiencies are there to be optimised and the trades industry is full of them. Why should finding a tradesperson mean posting listings and waiting days for a reply? As the next generation of tech-savvy tradespeople enters the workforce, Renovate is ready to be live, map-based, and instant.
Co-founder & CTO
The backbone of the company. Hissan is co-founder and CTO of Renovate, building the real-time infrastructure that connects homeowners with tradespeople instantly. He leads product and engineering hands-on, taking Renovate from concept to App Store. Passionate about solving everyday problems through technology, his work is the engine that keeps everything running.
Co-founder & CFO
The financial powerhouse. Rajveer is co-founder and CFO of Renovate, overseeing financial strategy and long-term commercial direction. Inspired by the simplicity of platforms like Airbnb and Uber, he is building a marketplace where home services are reliable, transparent, and accessible to all. His guiding principle: at Renovate, we monetise trust — not desperation.
Co-founder & CBO
The legal protector. Felix is co-founder and CBO of Renovate and a former professional badminton player ranked 61st in the world at U-19 level, English National Champion, and England Junior No. 1. A penultimate-year student at QMUL with experience at international law firm Signature Litigation, he brings discipline and commercial sharpness to Renovate's growth.
